2009-03-20. Book «Santa Anastasia of Sirmio. Churches and Sacred Art in Europe» issued
The book by Pierre Tchakhotine in collaboration with Alexey Sokolov «Santa Anastasia of Sirmio. Churches and Sacred Art in Europe» was issued on March 20-th in Mondovì.
It contains 486 photographs of cathedrals and pieces of religious arts of Europe, dedicated to St. Anastasia, that author collected for 20 years; the list of 380 geographic places related to St. Anastasia (130 in Italy); addendum with full list of illustrations in 5 languages: Italian, English, French, Croatian, and Russian. 2008-03-28. Artists supported the initiative of istablishing the fund and museum of St. Anastasia in Zadar
Over 200 participants of Mondovì exhibition decided to make theirs contribution into establishing the Fund and Museum and presented 250 works of art to the city. After official ceremony of opening this collection will be widen with new works. The Fund will be a coordination center among the sites of devotion of St. Anastasia in Europe and other continents.
